GoFactor is a new programme from Pfizer that is tailored to suit your personal needs. It has been created with the help of people of all ages and backgrounds who are living with haemophilia and facing the same situations.
Whatever your lifestyle or needs - whether you are transitioning to an adult centre, bringing up a child with haemophilia, moving away from your family or coping with life’s constant changes – we hope that GoFactor will help support you in achieving a healthier future.
Your participation in this programme is entirely voluntary, and is at no cost to you. The programme is open to all haemophilia patients, regardless of what treatment is being used, however you do need to be 12 years or older and a UK resident in order to register. If you are younger, please ask your parent or guardian to register.
All personal details you provide will be treated as confidential and will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The personal details you provide here will only be used in conjunction with GoFactor in the UK. They will not be passed on to anyone else without your written permission, nor will they be shared with your haemophilia centre. If you do provide your details to us, and decide that you no longer want to be a part of the programme, you can unsubscribe at any time without having to provide a reason why.
